You can select our products in three ways: 1, Browse and select suitable products; 2, Tell us your specific requirements and our sales mannager will recommend the products to you; 3, After choosing a suitable product, we can improve or customize it according to your own requirements.

Sign Contract

After selecting the products, the two sides will reach an agreements on product configuration, quantity, price , delivery date, delivery method, payment method and so on, and sign the contract. After paying the deposit, please inform us timely so that we can prepare for the production in advance.

Inspect products

After the products are finished, you are welcome to our company for acceptance, or you can entrust your friend or inspection company to our company to inspect the products. Note: our company can provide government invitation for our customers.

Deliver products

If the contract is signed by DAF or FOB terms, we will arrange shipment to the border or port in time; if the contract is signed by CIF terms, we will arrange shipment in time. Note: Our company has many long-term cooperation of high-quality shipping agents, customers who want to do FOB terms can also consider the shipping agents recommended by our company.

Pre-sale service

1, How to purchase the products from our company?
You can select the model from our website, also you can tell our sales manger or local agent your specific requirements and we will recommend the suitable model to you. After confirming the model and price, we can sign the contract.

2, MOQ, payment terms, delivery terms, price?
MOQ：One unit
Payment terms：T/T 30% down payment, 70% balance after inspection before delivery, L/C is optional.
Inspection：Buyer's agent or third party inspection agency, the cost is paid by the buyer.
Delivery term：10 to 30 days from down payment.
Documentation：Maintenance manual, User manual, Packing list, Commercial invoice, Certificate of origin is optional, Spare parts list for purchase is optional
Standard tools: With standard tools for chassis and structure.
Packing: The main vehicle nude and covered with wax, we can also customize clothes for your trucks; attached parts and tools put into standard export box.

3, How to ensure product quality?
Firstly,we passed the international quality system certification. Secondly,you can entrust third party individuals or organizations to inspect our products before delivery.

4, How to visit our factory?
After you arriving at China, you can fly to Wuhan Tianhe International Airport (IATA: WUH, ICAO: ZHHH), which is located in Wuhan  City,Hubei Province. You can also take the high-speed rail to Wuhan City. We will meet you at Wuhan City and take you to our city. Meanwhile we can also provide invitation letter or government invitation letter for our customers.

After-sale service

1,Personnel training:
We can provide customers with a period of 3 to 7 days of the theory and actual operation training, including the basic theory, performance, functions, operating procedure and solution of technical failure.

2,Spare parts support：
Except the free wearing parts with the products, we recommend customers to purchase a certain number of spare parts.

3,Maintenance branch:
We have chassis stations in most of the countries and area of the world. Please contact us according to the chassis brand.

4,Tracking service period: Life time.
